Stellar staff; southern hospitality at its finest; perfect location for my reason for coming to the city of New Orleans--a wedding. The room was super comfortable, the bed was heavenly. I spent the day exploring Magazine street and was able to gather local Christmas gifts for my family & me to take back home. Weather was exceptional; all in all a great experience at the St. James.

Breakfast was good. The staff (Mr. Thomas and Chase) were very nice to us. Chase was super charming during our check in and solved all our questions with good restaurant recommendations. Mr Thomas was very friendsly and super helpful with tips and getting our stuff.

It's location is just a short walk to Canal St but not in the middle of all the noise. Friendly staff. The room was cute and had all was needed. The buildings are older so the hotel had some nice charm.

Bed was fantastic, very comfortable. Quiet location but close to the French Quarter. Control of air conditioning great able to heat or cool quickly. There was a refrigerator in the room.

The staff was attentive and welcoming. Helpful with recommendations. The room was nice. It had comfortable bed and pillows. Easy to use chargers in the lamps.

Excellent staff and location. The hotel was like a little hidden gem in downtown and short walking distance from the French Quarter. Plenty of Southern regional restaurant options within the same block.

everything from start till the end was worthwhile front staff was just so amazing, so thoughtful, humble, kind and respectful very accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable like we are just aww by the experience bar/ lounge was good as well cute little pool was therapeutic as well room was so clean cozy and beautiful house keeping staff was also very hygienic and smiling faces we will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family and we are looking forward to stay at the same property in every city we go now onwards keep up the good work kind people we need more humanity and kindness in this world thank you for being you all of you! god bless you all!!stay safe! stay healthy and keep smiling!!

Everything!! I can't say enough good things about this hotel! The location was perfect for us, the staff is amazing and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Make sure you say hi to Mr . Thomas he's the man that gets things done!

The staff was amazing, very good costumer service! The room was very clean and comfortable! I was very pleased on how comfortable our bed was! I will be returning the next time I visit!
